I have led leadership development and talent strategy for global organisations across 32 countries, from tech giants to financial powerhouses. I’ve worked in the trenches of transformation - helping leaders and teams navigate disruption, scale rapidly, and perform under pressure when the stakes are highest.

I am certified in psychometric tools, Executive coaching, and change methodologies, allowing me to integrate data-driven insights with human centred leadership development and transformation.
